Installation of Display

For the assembly of displays and touch panels, we have 3 FBB 120 laminating boxes and an ISO 5 class clean room where we laminate touch panels to cover glass with a cylindrical laminator or vacuum bonding with optogel (Vacu Bond) on 2 VAAS7545 vacuum presses.

The assembly of displays and cover glasses using double-sided tape (tape bonding) is mostly carried out in laminar boxes.

The displays are then tested optically, electrically and, if necessary, the monitor mechanics are assembled.
