In collaboration with our parent company, FORTEC Power GmbH, we develop, manufacture, and distribute state-of-the-art, reliable power supply solutions (DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC) with power ratings from 10 W to 2.5 kW. Our customized solutions are specifically designed for harsh environments, providing the highest quality and reliability.

Thanks to our close cooperation with our German parent company, we can quickly and personally develop custom solutions and bring them to series production.

Experience and Expertise Since 1993

Since 1993, we have been manufacturing all devices under the AUTRONIC brand, predominantly used in railway technology (according to EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2). In addition, our power supply solutions are used in industrial applications, fuel cell systems, avionics, and various other fields where reliability, robustness, and component tracking are essential. Whether you require galvanic isolation or not – we offer both.

Comprehensive Protection and Quality Assurance

Depending on the requirements, we offer partial or full encapsulation as well as conformal coating to ensure optimal protection against environmental influences. All devices undergo extensive burn-in tests and are computer-aided functionally tested and documented to ensure early failures in the field are prevented.

Our Production

DC/DC Our chokes are precisely wound according to customer specifications, either manually or on pneumatic devices, using copper-coated wire up to a diameter of 1.4 mm. We offer options such as open, sleeved, lacquered, or potted versions. Transformers can be vacuum-filled with insulating resin (PU). All wound components are 100 % tested to ensure the highest quality.

THT PCB Assembly In collaboration with FORTEC Power DE, we offer THT PCB assembly and SMT pre-assembly. Our soldering methods include wave soldering and lead-free hand soldering, as well as lead soldering for selected applications.

Testing and Measuring Our comprehensive testing and measuring procedures ensure the insulation strength and functionality of our products. We perform PLC-supported and documented tests of DC/DC converters. Our burn-in tests in temperature cycles from -40 °C to +85 °C guarantee the reliability and longevity of your products.

Displays and Touch Panels We assemble displays and touch panels in cleanroom environments or flow boxes, offering tape bonding, VacuBonding with optogel (VacuBond), or lamination of the touch foil onto the glass using a roll laminator. Displays, touch panels, and monitors can be calibrated, configured, and tested by us.
