High-Quality Ferrite Core Transformers

We manufacture ferrite core transformers with power ratings up to approximately 300 W, including types PQ, RM, EP, ETD, EC, and EF. Our winding process uses circular CuL conductors with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 1.4 mm, or CuLi wires up to 2 mm². For special requirements, we utilize triple-insulated Furukawa or Heersolit conductors. 

Advanced Impregnation and Encapsulation

To ensure optimal performance and reliability, our transformers can be vacuum impregnated with Dobeckan FT 2004 polyurethane varnish. For enhanced dielectric strength at the terminals, we offer encapsulation with electrical insulation resin, such as polyurethane or epoxy. 

Comprehensive Testing and Quality Assurance

Every transformer undergoes thorough routine testing across all parameters, up to a test voltage of 5.5 kV AC. This rigorous testing process guarantees the highest standards of quality and reliability for our products.
