Code of Conduct
The success and reputation of FORTEC Elektronik AG and all of its affiliated companies depends to a large extent on each of us behaving lawfully and honestly and committing to corporate values such as integrity, respect and openness.
With this Code, the Board of Management, the Supervisory Board, the entire Management Board and all employees of the FORTEC Group commit themselves to comply with all laws and regulations with which we are obliged to comply and the Group's internal guidelines. The Code of Conduct applies to all subsidiaries and business units of FORTEC Elektronik AG and its affiliates worldwide.
As we operate in multiple countries, local laws, regulations or practices may conflict with our Code of Conduct. If there is a conflict or difference between applicable legal requirements and our Code of Conduct, the more stringent standard must be followed.
