Code of Conduct
The success and reputation of FORTEC Elektronik AG and all of its affiliated companies depends to a large extent on each of us behaving lawfully and honestly and committing to our corporate values of integrity, respect and openness.
With this Code, the Board of Management, the Supervisory Board, the entire Management Board and all FORTEC Group employees commit themselves to comply with all legal provisions that we are required to observe and with the Group's internal guidelines. The Code of Conduct applies to all subsidiaries and business units of FORTEC Elektronik AG and its affiliated companies worldwide.
Because we do business in multiple countries, local laws, regulations or practices may conflict with our Code of Conduct. If there is a conflict or difference between applicable legal requirements and our Code of Conduct, the stricter standard must be followed.
